if you live in new york (which is where i assume most, if not all of our readers are), then this weekend has so many amazing things happening, how do you choose?
there is:
the print fair which started today and ends sunday. also all week galleries have been open for you to go look at pretty prints. Think paper and archiving and love.
the editions/artist book fair- handmade books. need i say more?
King Con Brooklyn- Brooklyn Comic and Animation Convention. I am particularly excited for the animation panel on sunday night. Kristy Caracas of superjail(!) and Rick Lacy of venture bros (!) discuss new projects
Recess- Where our dear Sarah has been working. They are having the opening for Corin and Molly's installation project on Friday at 6.30. it should be good.
also moma has been having their Film Preservation Festival called To Save and Project. how cute. this is almost over but there are still a few good screenings left.
OH! and if you are feeling rowdy and are in the mood for some du(m)b step come out to brooklyn to support some of the babytiger's dearest friends, HIRSHI & PHLEGHM along with The ChainSmokers. Flyer below. Don't forget to RSVP to get in free. I hear if you show up early you get a free animal mask.

Just one last reminder, that the party tonight will not be in Brooklyn, but rather at Le Royale in the West Village. We're rigging up the space with lights and sound, which makes it turn out to be pretty damn fun. The address once again, in case you missed the change of venue:

We'll have 100 animal masks for people who want them, but feel free to bring whatever the hell you want to wear. Let's get weird tonight. It's going to be crowded so we suggest getting there early, but do what you wish.
!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALSO, we went there last night, and it seems the credit card machines are not working yet. There is an ATM machine in the venue if you need cash. If ATM fees piss you off, BRING CASH! That seems like all of it. See you all tonight!
