
thanks for the lovely lunch date girls! there is nothing like hanging out just the three of us. we say how special we think our relationships with one another are. there are so many aspects to how we experience things with each other that just can't be explained and shouldn't have to be. there is a magic to even the most banal parts of our lives and the meaning is often in the details, the things that people don't see.

i found this really cool flickr stream of found images. i have always loved them and often scour my house and those of my relatives searching for things that i can relate to my own life. to look at an image or a letter and to think that i came from this, its part of me and i am part of it. it fascinates me that feeling of something bigger even when staring at complete strangers. when i find random images, i often create realities for the faces staring back at me. i wonder what happened before and after the picture, and what the people are like. i know this is cliche, but it never seems to lose its magic.
